Step into a grand hotel lobby of the late 1920s, all lacquer, brass, and lamplight, where every doorway rose to a point and every window fanned like a peacock’s tail. The Marquise Deco Necklace carries that glamorous geometry, long and slender like the skyline that shaped it.
At its heart lies a marquise-cut natural Madeira citrine, its warm cognac glow recalling a glass of something golden raised at midnight. Fine openwork lattice spreads out on either side like the wings of a stained-glass window. Six natural round diamonds wink above and below, and a small pointed drop finishes the pendant with a graceful flourish.
Citrine has long been called the merchant’s stone, said to draw sunshine, warmth, and good fortune to whoever wears it. That makes this pendant a heartfelt gift for her: an anniversary gift for your wife, a November birthstone gift, or a treasure for anyone who loves vintage Art Deco jewelry.
Stones: one natural marquise Madeira citrine and six natural round diamonds, approx. 0.36 cttw. Lab-created diamonds are available upon request.
