Wax models placed on “trees” ready to cast into silver
Each piece in the Lucina K. line begins as a tiny wax sculpture that is Lost Wax Cast into Sterling Silver. Wax models are invested in a plaster type material, burned away and the silver is poured into the empty space. Pieces then get cut apart and hand finished.
